ACADEMICS
We use a combination of Abeka and Bob Jones University across all grades and subjects. But most importantly, everything we teach is through a the lens of a Biblical Worldview.
Social Studies
The social studies curricula from BJU Press and Abeka are rooted in a biblical worldview that sees history, government, geography, and cultures through the lens of God’s sovereign plan and purpose. These programs teach that God is active throughout history, raising up nations and leaders to accomplish His will (Daniel 2:21). They emphasize the importance of moral responsibility, the value of every individual created in God’s image, and the blessings of freedom and justice. Students will learn to appreciate God’s work in human affairs, and understand their role as citizens called to influence the world for Christ.

Science
Both BJU Press and Abeka science curricula are built on a biblical worldview that recognizes God as the Creator and Sustainer of all things (Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16-17). These programs teach science not as a series of random events or evolutionary accidents, but as the orderly exploration of God’s design in nature. Students learn to see scientific inquiry as a way to glorify God, cultivating wonder, critical thinking, and stewardship of His creation.

Math
The math curricula from BJU Press and Abeka are designed with a biblical worldview that reveals God as a God of order, precision, and truth (1 Corinthians 14:33). These programs teach that mathematical concepts are not human inventions but reflect the consistent and dependable nature of God’s creation. By studying math, students develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills while recognizing the beauty of God’s design in patterns, measurements, and relationships. Through this approach, BJU and Abeka equip students to see math as a tool to glorify God, emphasizing accuracy, stewardship, and the application of truth in everyday life.

English & Literature
The English and literature curricula from BJU Press and Abeka are grounded in a biblical worldview that recognizes language as a gift from God, given to communicate truth, build relationships, and glorify Him (Proverbs 25:11). These programs teach students to use language with clarity, creativity, and integrity, while exploring classic and contemporary works through the lens of Scripture. By analyzing literature, students learn to discern themes of good and evil, truth and deception, and the human condition in light of God’s redemptive plan. BJU and Abeka equip students to appreciate the power of words, develop strong communication skills, and think critically about ideas, all while aligning their hearts and minds with biblical truth.
Bible
The Bible curricula from BJU Press and Abeka are designed to immerse students in God’s Word, teaching them to know, love, and apply Scripture as the ultimate source of truth (2 Timothy 3:16-17). These programs present the Bible as a unified story of God’s redemption, helping students understand core doctrines, develop a personal relationship with Christ, and cultivate a biblical worldview that shapes every aspect of life. Through systematic study, memory work, and practical application, BJU and Abeka guide students to build a strong foundation of faith, live out godly character, and stand firm in their beliefs with confidence and compassion.

Physical Education
The physical education curricula from BJU Press and Abeka are rooted in a biblical worldview that sees the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, created by God to glorify Him through disciplined care and purposeful activity (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). These programs teach students that exercise, teamwork, and sportsmanship are not just physical pursuits but opportunities to develop godly character, perseverance, and respect for others. By emphasizing self-control, integrity, and gratitude for the abilities God gives, BJU and Abeka help students understand that honoring God includes how they steward their physical health and interact with others on and off the field.
